WWW Wednesday | October 21st

Hi lovelies, I hope everyone is doing well. I have been reading a lot these days and I’m so proud of myself. I’m trying to keep up with the Gothtober Readathon but I don’t think I will finish all the books I was planning on reading. Anyways, keep reading to find out which books I’m currently reading.

This is my first time doing this WWW Wednesday meme. I really like it so you’ll probably see this kind of post every week from now on. This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived by Sam at Taking on a World of Words

To take part you just have to answer three simple questions;

🤎What are you currently reading?
🤎What did you recently finish reading?
🤎What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m currently reading two books and listening to one audiobook.

I’m reading Kingdom of the Wicked by Kerri Maniscalco (read 20%), so far it’s really good! I myself am Italian (Sicilian) and I love reading about all those typical Italian things.
I recently started Als doden dromen by Mel Hartman (read 25 pages). I like the plot of the book, but I am having a hard time with the writing style. I keep on having to reread everything which is slowing me down.
And I’m listening to Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia (listened to 80%). The book is getting interesting (finally) and I’m interested to see where the story is going.

I recently finished reading The Young Elites by Marie Lu. I’m dying to read the next one in this series but I have some books I need to read for the Gothtober Readathon.

I’m probably starting All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. This book has been on my tbr for ages. I have heard such good things about this book. I also really want to see the movie.

What are you reading? Let me know in the comments!

    I’m also reading Mexican Gothic and I agree that not much is happening but to be honest, I love the atmosphere anyway! I’m sooo excited to read Kingdom of the Wicked!
