Hi lovelies! How are you all doing today? I got tagged by Bertie from Luminosity Library to do the This or That Book Tag and I had a lot of fun doing this! Be sure to read their post as well.
Rules:
🤎Mention the creator of the tag (thanks Ayunda @ Tea and Paperbacks for creating this!)
🤎Thank the blogger who tagged you! Thank you for tagging me Bertie @ Luminosity Library! Be sure to check their blog out and follow them☺️.
🤎Tag 10 other people to do the tag and spread the love!
Reading on the couch or on the bed?
I like reading in both places. I mostly read in bed though because I like to be alone when I read. My parents don’t really get the concept ‘don’t talk to me when I’m reading’ lol.
Sweet or salty snacks while reading?
I don’t snack while reading. I prefer sweet snacks over salty though. Very occasionally I eat vegetables while reading (carrots, cucumbers etc).
Trilogies or Quartets?
Trilogies. The only quartet I’ve read is The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer I think. And maybe The Legend Series by Marie Lu but idk if that counts as a quartet.
First person or third person pov?
I don’t have a preference it just has to suit the story!
Night or Morning reader?
Both, actually. I usually read in the afternoon and evening. If I have nothing to do and I really like the book I will read in the morning as well!
Libraries or bookstores?
Libraries. Of course I like bookstores as well but I don’t really live in a big city and the only bookstore I have near me is a pretty basic one. There aren’t any cute bookshops with coffee shops here (to use Bertie’s words haha). I get excited from both of them but I like not having to buy every book I want to read.
Books that make you laugh or make you cry?
Definitely books that make me cry. My horoscope is cancer, so I basically cry about everything. I don’t really… laugh when reading books? Sometimes I even cry when the book has a happy ending. I cry when I’m happy as well.
Black or White book covers?
I have no preference haha. I guess it depends on the book and the vibe of the book?
Character driven or plot driven?
Character driven. Of course the plot has to be interesting as well, but there are some characters like June Iparis and Day Wing, all the characters from the Lunar Chronicles, Jude Duarte and more, that could do random shit in a book and I’d probably still love it. So if the plot is boring but I love the characters I will probably still like the book.
